After a long time without football, I finally decided to sit and watch the Spurs-Newcastle match. Tottenham were always favourites for this clash, but watching Newcastle makes you wonder why the hell did Alan Shearer did that to himself.
Newcastle play poorly, not trying to go forward and playing like a League Championship team.
They defend deep, and generally look like a bunch of players who met each other for the first time today. This is such a disappointment when you look at the Newcastle squad. I can't understands how such talented players can produce such lame performances...
